So, I was driving home yesterday, and I came up next to this truck that had the following verse on the back of the tailgate:Jesus Christ says
Revelation 1:18
I have the keys of Death and of Hell. I looked over the truck and realized that this was a truck for a Landscaping company. There was a phone number on the of the truck, so I decided to find out who would put a verse like this on a company truck. Unfortnately, no one answered, but I left a message on the campany machine. My messge went something like this: Hi, I was just calling because I drove by your truck that had a bible verse on it about death and hell. I am sorry to bother you but I was just curious about the marketing strategy behind this verse. Are you concerned at all that Muslims, Buddhists, Jews, and secularists may find this threatening? I just wondered if this was helping your business? Sorry to take up your time with this message. All the best. I really wish someone would have answered. I am not sure if they have caller ID, but I have not yet received a return call from them. I did not leave my number on the message.
