Busy Night
It was a full night last night in the Binger household. Joe came home from hunting with a caribou. He gave half of it away to the elder who's adopted him but the other half had to be hung, cleaned, etc. Tonight we will cut and wrap it.
Last night was also registration for another season of dance lessons. Iris and I both signed up for multiple classes. As well as being a student, Iris will teach for the first time...it's an Urban Funk class for younger teenagers. She'll also work in the office for four hours a week. It will give her a bit of pocket money and will look good on her resume. After registration she and I went off for dessert and coffee/tea. It's been such a busy summer that I feel like I haven't had a lot of one-on-one time with the kids, so it was nice to just sit and chat with her.
