Ah, a quiet Sunday in the world. The South Korean's won't get to appeal their lost Gold medal (too bad) and it is politics as usual in the Excited States of America. The sun is shining, so I think I will spend some time away from the keyboard. It is Wiggle day!

Using the DBMS_STATS-package. We are doing performance-testing of SQL-statements in our project. When running explain-plans on the statements, the results are often not realistic due to the fact that we have not loaded the tables with data, and therefore the indexes, in most case... Another one of those things that I want to get back to and has nothing to do with much, unless you are an Oracle guru and use the Stats-Pack.
