Exercise for Libido and Potency

Here's another instance of Big Science telling us what we have known and have been telling our Wellness Club Members all along: Exercise is good for you, in many ways! This study deals with senior men - but the benefits fall to anyone who engages in a regular program of exercise. And guys, you'll find that regular exercise (especially running or jogging) will not only help the immune system and help you tone up and lose weight - it'll help the ol' libido too... so start easy and work into it, but do it - move it or lose it!

P.S. from Dr. Myatt: I can tell you with one hand on the Bible, exercise (especially jogging or running) does GREAT things for male potency! Forget the Viagara and Cialis, when I hear a man is a runner, I know he's going to be sexually "fit"; years of clinical male examinations and other personal research have prove this. Ask Nurse Mark if I nag him every morning to be sure and get that run  in....;-)
