More Reasons to Control Weight and Blood Sugar
How Are Diabetes and Dementia Linked?Researchers have found there may be a link between diabetes and dementia. What can those with diabetes do to minimize their risk?"
We have been preaching that overweight, and the modern Standard American Diet (S.A.D.) with it's emphasis on high carbohydrate foods is damaging. Here is yet more research to support our contention that high blood sugar levels have far-reaching effects in the body. Insulin resistance, obesity, pre-diabetes, and type II diabetes can easily be prevented or reversed!
