Here is yet more proof that if you use it, you're less likely to loose it. Staying active, both mentally and physically is one of the most important things a person can do to enhance their longevity. No need to work yourself into a lather to get the benefits - the studies show that modest exercise is beneficial both to body and brain. Eat well, don't smoke, and enjoy a nice walk every day. Oh, and don't forget your vitamins!
