FL: Employee Allegedly Stole Condo Fees To Fix Home, Travel A woman, hired to watch the books, cheated condo owners out of as much as $100,000, New Smyrna Beach police said Wednesday. FL: Vandalism at Bay Mariner Eileen Benjamin was arrested Sept. 21 and charged in the vandalism of a car owned by Bob McEwen. The incident happened sometime during the night of Sept. 13 or early morning hours of Sept. 14 in the parking lot of Bay Mariner, according to police reports, where they are both residents.
