The Poodle Springs

Today it's fashionable on the better anti-war blogs to want their props for opposing it from the start, you know who you are. But dead men tell no tales, and nobody has consistantly had a darker view of this conflict than me. I've given you the what, when, and how. I predicted many times that we would be deserted by those lousy limeys the first chance they got. No honor among thieves, it was apparent from the start that Bush's trick poodle was going to spin around and bite him on the ass. That we would then risk having our troops completely cut off in Baghdad with no easy way out. The port of Basra is the chokepoint of Iraq.  The poodle chews...
