The Australian - First order of business that day at the Raffles Hotel will be determining whether any changes are to be made to the Olympic program. There are 28 sports on the Summer Games program and three of them, softball, baseball and modern pentathlon, are waiting anxiously in the tumbrel, not knowing whether it's the guillotine for them or a last-minute reprieve.
The stakes are about as high as they get in world sport and as the vote gets closer, the fight will get dirtier and more desperate.
