Ernie the Attorney has another online ciolleague. His Guiding Philosophy is thought provoking: "To interpret the music of the spheres where computers and the law intersect requires an ability to read the score and hit a moving target. It is difficult to separate the wheat from the chaff when the wind is blowing at the speed of light."

I really like the idea of a sofwtare based Dead man's Switch like the one slashdot pointed to. Makes more sense to have a browser interface so you can 'check in' from anywhere. Once I get my office organized enough I think I'll try that as my first tool for Radio

Christina (our 11 year old daughter) posted on her weblog after chatting with her (favourite) teacher from last year: "At nice times like these when your haveing fun you think... wow...Technology IS great...whe you think about it...talking to people who live on the otherside of Europe let alone the world talking through mobiles or computers/chatting. I just relized how lucky we are to have these amazing facilities."
