Drivel:  I have been watching my referers the past couple of days and watching a ton of hits go to this image.  It is the Axis of Evil toilet bowl brushes image.  It is good for a laugh every now and then.  11:18:17 PM   comments ()

Drivel:  Google buys Pyra Labs, the creators of Blogger.  This is a huge step forward for blogging and the beginning of the validation of the concept and technologies.  This is a hugely smart move for Google and may be an indication of their strategy, or at least a low cost trial of an overall strategy.  I would bet that Google is looking at this as a way to get content to come to them to be indexed rather than having to spider to gather all of the content.  Their search results will have a higher value if they can get the content indexed as it is being created.  This approach streamlines the whole indexing and searching process, for them and their users.  10:49:35 PM   comments ()
