Got a rather nice compliment from a client today, I was basically just describing how a RAID (Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks) helps things to go faster. (They had been asking why a transfer of many small files takes longer than an equal size transfer of larger files.)
After I finished the description, she complimented on my making it understandable.
This is not the first time I've been complimented on being able to help people understand technical concepts, but it does make me wonder: How come no one undertands me the rest of the time? :)

Overall, since our President-defect announcing "end of hostilities" means squat, I've been of the general frame of mind that the attacks have been guerilla warfare, unlike a lot of the crap that's going on in Israel/occupied territories.
