Giant Jason Schmidt out duals Josh Beckett for a complete game shutout. The Giants got their first run on an error. The second run came in the eighth, after an intentional walk to Barry Bonds. WorldKit is an "easy to use and highly flexible mapping application for the Web." [Scripting News] This warrants a closer look. I have been looking for web-based mapping applications for a long time. The birding example, reminds me of an application that I have wanted to build, that allows neighbors to track bird sightings and plot them on a map of the neighborhood.
