I am working on my presentation for the United Neighborhoods of Santa Clara County Conference this Saturday, Oct. 18, 2003. My goal is to introduce the idea of using weblogs and RSS as a method for neighborhoods to transmit news to their neighbors and surrounding neighborhoods.
