Charles Darwin's Birthday. Today would had been the 195th birthday of the naturalist Charles Darwin. Some evolutionary biology [More Like This WebLog] You learn something new every day. Charles Darwin and Abraham Lincoln were born on the same day, February 12, 1809. Whump's post above got me looking at the calendar, which pointed out that it was Lincoln's birthday as well. A couple of web searches later, I found that they had the same birthday. Both men changed the world. Darwin launched modern biology and geology with his theory of evolution. Lincoln saved the experimental republic of the United States. Our world would be very different today if not for these two men. 2:25:39 PM     Comment []

I just added a new plugin for ES Designs' hosting clients. The favicon plugin allows managing editors to add favicons to their top level sites. The interface is very simple, just select a favicon file on your local computer and click on the add button.
