NHC men's breakfast
Tomorrow morning at 6:30am (for about an hour), there will be a New Hope Chapel Men's breakfast at Diana's Restaurant in Shrewsbury. This is usually a pretty small fellowship group. We have breakfast, talk about what's going on in our lives, get into the Bible and pray together. If you're near there, stop in - we'd love to see you.

Testify to Love
Good Morning!
Today's song is: Testify to Love by Avalon
Go listen (you'll need to select the song from a pull down menu on the top left of the web page to hear it)... I'll wait for you to come back :-)
God is good, all of the time. All of the time, God is good.
We've been busy the last couple of days. Detours that we hadn't expected, but interesting stuff anyways. Saturday we got up early and flew over to our friends house to pick them up for a Lighthouse cruise and found out that it was scheduled for Sunday. So we did the next best thing which was go to breakfast. The cruise was a lot of fun (pictures will be posted later)
Previous details - I had mailed a box of elephant stuff to Mom last week and hadn't heard if the herd had arrived. Computers, being as reliable as usual, lost Mom's message that they had arrived and Maureen didn't quite relay the eCard that said they had arrived. Cool beans. We had mailed a few big elephant towels, some elephant shower curtain hooks and a cute stuffed elephant. Just in case it wasn't clear before now - Mom likes elephants. I've been banned from sending more elephants for a while. You know that spiffy elephants are going to start popping up all around me now...
We're sort of actively looking for a used car that will be safe for me to go back and forth to/from work. We looked at a really spiffy used audi a6 on Saturday. I'm thinking that it was too spiffy. Really nice car, but too much - it even had rear heated seats. The right one will come along when we need it.
Jerry and Judy have a completed floor for their sunroom now. I think it turned out really pretty nice. It was a little difficult measuring and cutting and finishing it up last night after the Lighthouses. Judy seemed really happy about it being done.
It's about relationships.
God leads us to where we need to be and takes us through everything. Sometimes it's really hard stuff, other times it's easy. But God faithful and loving.

All
the colors of the rainbow, all the voices of the wind, every dream that
reaches out, reaches out to find where love began, every word of every
story, every star in every sky, every corner of creation, lives to
testify.
For as long as I shall live, I will testify to love.
For as long as I shall live, I will testify to love.
