Recording studio...
Yesterday was kinda cool. I helped record a new band from our church (Faithful Essence). It turned out great (well, I'm biased :-)

We took a while to get setup, and everyone had headphones on - so it looked a little weird. But the little sound mixing board worked like a champ and my iBook captured the sound nicely. I edited out the individual tracks and made three audio CD's and a data CD (with the wav files on it). Kinda cool to be able to help out.

They said that Kopriha Recording Studio will get mentioned.

For folks that don't know - we had bred Birman cats for about ten years and our cattery name was: Kopriha (Ko from our last name and Priha is an indian word for small or pretty (fuzzy memory here on exactly which language)). All the software I've written and given away and the Birman web site (birman.org and birman.com) have Kopriha Software mentioned - that'd just be me and I don't get paid anything. The funny thing about it is that Kopriha Software keeps getting more and more interesting mail (insurance offers, credit card offers, got called once be a congressman's office to be on a business console (I'm figuring they were desperate for fund raising), lots of strange business stuff just keeps coming in).
