Cheney Gets Away With It
I was sickened to see that the efforts to get access to a list of attendees at meetings to set up energy policy for the Bush administration has failed. It failed because of two things: 1. a Bush appointed judge ruled against the case, and 2. the Republicans have taken control of Congress.
The heart of this issue was pretty simple. In light of the Enron scandal and other ethical failures in business it is important to find out how Cheney ran his task force that crafted a very industry friendly policy.
