Beauty lives!
I had the pleasure of meeting Count Alexander today, in his Camden Passage showroom. The Count makes the most amazing reproductions of real jewels once owned by the royal houses of  France, Austria and Russia.

The jewels are bought by private collectors and those who want to glitter without having to have a vault built into their spare room. He also supplies pieces for hire to film makers.

The shop is full of beautifully made pieces, and most have a story attached to them.

My tip: If you want to get that promotion at work, start turning up at meetings in a crown. (You could try a tiara, but nothing communicates success quite like a crown. Trust me on this.)
