This is the real source of my frustration. The little audio speaker icon should be in the middle of the text stream, just like HTML tags. And a little camera (for photos), video camera (for video) and graphic easel (for artwork - images) should be there - as well. Clicking on any of these icons would launch that media element. Easy to set options would have images render themselves - right there - with the text wrapping around it.
