Generative Programming

I guess I'll have to get the book about Generative Programming (by Krzysztof Czarnecki and Ulrich Eisenecker). To me, it appears closely related to many of the more interesting recent directions in programming productivity research.

Ehud Lamm pointed to two papers on the subject, both about Haskell and both co-authored by Simon Peyton-Jones.

Unfortunately, they're both currently available only in the rather archaic and inaccessible postscript format. Do Unix guys realize that this format has become so much less accessible to the rest of the world than PDF?

I'll have to send them over to Babinzski's PDF distiller to convert them to readable ...
