2004 Presidential Election Mike Littwin lets us know his thoughts on Wesley Clark's visit to Colorado in today's Rocky Mountain News [November 11, 2003, "Littwin: Clark rally fiery, but is he all sizzle and no steak?"]. Says Littwin, "We can explain this, in part, by the numbers. There's a poll out by the Pew Research Center for the People and Press that gives statistical weight to what everyone must know by now: The divide between Democrats and Republicans, who are split almost evenly, has widened beyond the gap that existed even before 9-11." 2:55:35 PM
