? for Governor Colorado Luis looks at the governor's race. He writes, "I know there are a lot of folks out there who would rather see Ken Salazar run for governor than remain in the Senate. This includes a lot of people on the left who quite frankly think his occasional embrace of dumb/conservative ideas would do less damage in the governor's mansion or that his environmental consciousness would do more good in Denver than as just another outnumbered Democratic senator in DC. I, however, am glad that Salazar has decided to remain in the Senate instead of running for governor in 2006 -- even if John Hickenlooper also stays out of the race."
