On the south bank of the Salt River, the Army Corps of Engineers has built a strange park at the Central Avenue bridge. There's no identifier, no signs at all, and there's no way to get there (you can't stop on the bridge) except by crossing the bridge on foot. When it first appeared, there were a bunch of ribbon cutters there, but I haven't seen anybody at the park since.

Well, yesterday I went there and took this picture.
