Chimping is the name for admiring your own photograph on the LCD screen of a digital camera after you've taken a shot. I did not know why this term was used until I watched this 8 minute quicktime movie about chimping. It's in two nearly 40 megabyte parts, so be patient while you download it with your cable or DSL.
