I'm going to Miami for a couple of days, should be back sunday. I won't bring my laptop, so I won't post. I may be able to get email through my VisorPhone, but I've never done that. Worst case scenario I'll try to connect from the Apple Store at The Falls. By for now. take care and Peace out, dawg!.

Lots of talk about Micro$soft new tablet PC. These will fail, haven't you noticed? Even Palms are using keyboards... I don't know why people, myself included, tend to underestimate how good a keyboard is for text input... It is an excellent tool, it will be hard to supplant it.

Under the Ramadan Moon. Two events have scalded a Saudi Arabian monarchy unaccustomed to criticism, either from its submissive subjects or its cynical oil-trading partners. By Maureen Dowd. [New York Times: Opinion] Learning a Lesson for Ramadan. Every Ramadan, I learn something new. By Asma Gull Hasan. [New York Times: Opinion]
The sort of moral relativism in these stories just doesn't cut it anymore. Arabs and Muslims everywhere have to understand the immorality of 9/11 and condem it first. After the societies that created these monsters change for the better, we can start changing our own societies to correct small injustices carried out in fear. These two crimes are not in the same moral step, realize that soon and change now!
