What a day of shame for the, so called, Venezuelan government! First they, illegally, intervine the Metropolitan Police, then, after just a few hours of celebration, the new, named by the government chief, hands back the command of the police to its previous commanders! The Government claims the police is still intervened, but the situation is very unclear. The Government seems to half-control the command center, but the Policemen are against them.

What a brilliant move by Peña, the Metropolitan Mayor, he was a Chavez supporter and I've always suspected he was the mastermind against Chavez more effective moves. I'm afraid he is no better than Chavez, though.

The Government has lost control, they can't do anything right. They are lost throwing fist, blindly, in the air. There is no master plan behind this only stupidity. The blind leading the blind. Venezuela is like that: The only country of blind people were the one-eyed isn't king.

`Spectacular meteor shower begins.

What is expected to be the most spectacular meteor shower in the next thirty years has already begun. The Leonid meteor shower which should peak between Monday night and early next Tuesday according to space.com. Worth watching if you can stay up late.
