Speaking of happy surprises, check this out. I started reading this article and laughing out loud at all the great lines. I thought, 'Man, that's what makes the Times the Times; the have great writers.' Then I realized it was David Pogue! He really is wonderful. I have one of his books and it is unbelievably readable and well organized.
