Since he has not continued to blather about the Jews for Jesus missionary group I still read Eugene Volokh at the Volokh Conspiracy. His posting about the effect of unauthorized use of intellectual property concisely takes aim at the common statement: "there’s always some other business model" is one that I mostly support. He should however distinguish between fast-forwarding through commercials and viewing pay televisions channels without paying for them.
