Warm weather in Menlo Park. It's quite a relief. This winter was very cold.
What I wonder is what would have happened if last year had been as cold as this year. Last year, we had rolling blackouts in December and January. Seems like if we had had this weather last year, they might have had a quarter of the state blacked out every day. Seems like that would have increased the pressure. I wonder what would have happened.
