My New Law Blog Roll - I'm going to maintain a master list of law blogs in the outliner format. It's easier to maintain and to annotate. Check this out. I have added some commentary about most of the law blogs. If you aren't listed E-mail me and complain and I'll be happy to add a blurb (I ran out of steam a few minutes ago, so this will be a continuing weekend project). If you have a blurb but are unhappy with it let me know what I left out. One thing I would like to list for everyone is what City and State they are in.

News Aggregator Serendipity - Posts about "Truth" - The following two posts appeared next to one another in my News Aggregator (for the non-Radio bloggers that is the thing that pulls new posts from various blogs on an hourly basis, which is what allows me to scan hundreds of news sites with relative ease):
CyberPAC - Dave Winer has a good idea: "Ed Cone lives in North Carolina's 6th District. I think once I'm fully recovered, I'm going to devote myself to working with Ed, and people in the San Fernando Valley, to correct the problem in Washington. I gotta believe we can eliminate one or two Congressmen to make the point that computer users can't be taken for granted. Can we raise $5 million for this? It would be worth it. [Scripting News]

Fat Americans Sue Fast Food Restaurants - it was just a matter of time. Here's a novel concept: maybe fat people shouldn't eat fast food, or maybe they should exercise will power. Again, I ask a question that seems somehow pointless: is anyone responsible for their own actions?
Oh, and it appears that litigants are now getting their ideas for lawsuits by reading The Onion.

Law Blog Shout Out - big hey to lawyer-blogger brother Robert Fortuno, who has a Radio weblog. Apparently, he's a real estate lawyer in Tucson, Arizona. I've added him to my blogroll, and subscribed to his XML feed.
