Chris Holmes is an assistant general counsel at Baylor and is starting a new blog to focus on issues related to attorneys representing colleges and universities.  Nice look to the blog, and he's got a Creative Commons license going (nice to see that from a lawyer who represents academic interests).  No RSS feed, though.
