Today, I was a complete and total idiot. Of course, what makes today different from any other day?
Anyhoo, it was glorious warm and sunny morning. So I decided to walk to City Market and do three geocaches along the way. And, because it was so warm and sunny, I wore just a t-shirt and shorts. But all three caches were in heavy mosquito laden brush, so I did bring along wind pants and a sweatshirt. But, did I show any signs of good sense and intelligence by actually donning said sweatshirt and windpants when I dived into the woods? Nooooooooo.....
It was just so hot and so stiffling that I couldn't stand to wear the heavy clothes. And as a result, I am covered from stem to stern in mosquito bites, scratches, thorn punctures, etc.
I am one scratchy itchy red and totally stupid Slat Rat.
