DUX is coming, and Jared will be there. I've heard Jared talk about the research he'll be reporting in his paper. It's very cool, very interesting stuff, that can be applied as well to documentation and help as to Web sites.
DUX-Ho!. We are excited! Josh & I heard today DUX 2005 has accepted our paper: The Goldilocks Content Framework: Identifying Just-Right Information Here's the abstract from the paper: Content is an essential part of any successful web site.
