Finally posted an online version of my branding article from the July/August issue of ACM . I received a very nice note from Harley Manning, VP of Customer Experience at Forrester Research, who said:
I felt a sense of déjà vu while reading your column, "Brand UX," in the July/August issue of interactions. Last month we ("we" being Forrester Research and me being the author) published a report titled "How Brands Succeed Online." Your column made me feel like I connected with some kindred thinking, even to the point of the Knemeyer quote, which expresses the same ideas I was trying to illustrate. . .
I can't share the Forrester report with you, but I'm sure they'd be happy to sell you a copy if you might find it useful.
