Cleanliness is next to. . . oh, nevermind. Congratulations to Dave Winer for four years of clean living: Evening no cigarette notes.  Steve Gillmor: "Life is good."  . . . For me, tomorrow is a big milestone, which I choose to remember as the four year anniversary of no more smoking for Dave. My record is still perfect, I haven't smoked since June 14, 2002. Not one puff. . . Hey, but Steve Gillmor said it all. It's good to be alive! Nothing like almost losing it make you appreciate what you got. [Scripting News] It's thirteen years since I quit smoking; it gets easier every day. Like Dave, I occasionally think about taking a drag, but it doesn't last long. I just remember what it took to quit, including making the commitment that I would never, ever, smoke another cigarette. So far, so good. 8:44:52 PM    Questions? Comments? Flames? []
