Uncle Leo?
Last night Elijah and I watched The Outlaw Josey Wales (Luna gave Lisa Netflix for Christmas). When Josey and the kid get captured by the backwoods brothers, Elijah wondered why I was laughing. It was because Abe--that shotgun toting, bearded coot--was played by the same guy who played Jerry's Uncle Leo on Seinfeld. The retroactive incongruity was too much.

Howard Coble defends the Rave Act. Of course, Howard has been known to defend bills that he seems not to understand so well, and sometimes he's a little fuzzy on other details, too.
In today's letter, Coble makes some specific statements here about what the law would and wouldn't do. Is he correct? If not, why not?
