While walking down Wabasha in Downtown St. Paul, I passed a man in his 30s talking to the cops.  He had parked his car illegally and now it was leaking fluid.    On my way back that way, the car was getting towed and he had all his stuff piled by the side of the road.  all kinds of stuff.  The book poking out of a milk crate of folders and papers was "Personal Finance For Dummies".  5:19:24 PM    comment []
