DNR Fisheries IT staff did some team building at Le Cordon Bleu today.
It is a restaurant run by the Brown Institute Cooking school. You get a fabulous four course french meal for $10. We shared a bottle of Genesis Merlot. I had the lamb. It was so tender, I think I could have drunk it with a straw. The soup and salad were excellent. They also gave us piles of delicious french bread and learned why you should never give out free food to state employees.
