I cheesed my back.  I was out east for a wedding and it snowed like 2 feet and I shoveled and bang...  I couldn't really function for three days, which was too bad because we had to fly home with two small children.    Ibuprofen didn't help much.  Stretching made it worse.  It was hard to sleep.  I couldn't tie my shoes or stand up without assistance.  I went to a doctor and got muscle relaxants and now I am sleeeeeeeepy.   I am going to get a shiatsu massage later on from the best there is:  SUE MAGEE 11:59:47 AM    comment []
