The Tuesday Suits [1]. Eventually I going to scream because every power-pop band that comes out of NYC is compared to the Strokes. The Tuesday Suits, and many others, will probably get this unfair comparison in countless reviews. Let’s let it stop here. If anything, to my ears, The Tuesday Suits in their newest album, have a more southern Chapel Hill or Athens sound, which is a great sound to have if you are going to impress me. Take a moment to listen to the progression in their music. Their newest release release brings everything positive about their previous recordings into a tight package of indie-pop goodness.
