Bad things are happening in Health and Human Services, the Governor and the Comptroller, both Republicans, call for reviews and whose fault is it? Those crazy tax-cutting Republicans. Of course, no evidence that the Health and Human Services is suffering from a lack of money is mentioned in either the post or the article. None of the five suggestions for improvement involve more money. Health and human service expenditures are second only to education within the Texas budget. And yet, it's the Republicans fault for all the problems.

Nothing like some faulty logic to start the weekend off right.
