Culture of Ideas January 23rd was a day for great thoughts, such as: Pete Kruckenberg's thoughts on using blogs and RSS to enhance the mission of UEN Phil Windley's Public Service Tip #4 Ross Mayfield points out MIT's 10 Emerging Technologies That Will Change the World (this one requires more thought and follow up) In another interesting article, Nicholas Negroponte presents his thoughts on Creating a Culture of Ideas.  Innovation, he says, basically rests on three principles: diversity, collaboration, and education. Federal Computer Week gives us an update on the UTOPIA project and a new "matchmaking" system for small business. Regulations.gov is the latest in Federal one-stops. A quote from Theresa Pardo of the Center for Technology in Government: "The more of us who understand that digital government isn't about building a Website... that it is about transforming government service delivery through the use of technology, the better off we'll be." 6:45:40 AM
