New Utah Weblog Davis Willis, information technology director for the Utah Department of Commerce, has started a new weblog.  He doesn't have much there yet, but I will be interested to track Dave's perspectives on ecommerce.  Utah was just ranked third in the latest Digital State Survey in the electronic commerce and business regulation category.  Dave has done a lot to standardize the DOC website and add interactive applications that add value to the Department's customers. 10:12:47 AM
