Kodak has announced the EasyShare DX4530, a 5mp digicam with 3x optical zoom. From DPreview.

The IQTVRA will hold its annual conference in Washington DC on October 1-3. The conference features material for both VR photographers and developers of interactive media. Registration costs $675 for members, $950 for non-members. From MacNN.
