Details about the next World Wide Panorama coordinated VR shoot have been posted to the web at:
    http://geoimages.berkeley.edu/wwp.html

The last such event, in March, was a great success, with 180 participants from 40 countries. The resulting web site can be seen at:
    http://geoimages.berkeley.edu/wwp304/

The next event will take place on June 19-20-21, the Solstice. The theme will be World Heritage, and coordinated with Tito Dupret's efforts to document UNESCO World Heritage Sites.  See Tito's WHTour site at:
     http://www.world-heritage-tour.org/

This is a non-profit project, intended to promote VR photography, provide a showcase for the work of VR photographers, extend VR coverage of World Heritage Sites, and promote cross-linking of sites featuring VR photography.

Purpose
VRlog provides news, developments and analysis of the virtual reality (VR) world from a nature photographer's perspective. Since I am not connected to or funded by any VR vendor, I intend to objectively appraise what's going on, and the direction VR is headed in. -- erik goetze
