Today I submitted a text to Kuro5hin, and bobjim wrote:
  • 1) Read. Inside your genre. Outside your genre. Non-fiction.
  • 2) Write. Lots and regularly.
  • 3) Take criticism. Get people to be brutally honest about your work. Other writers are good at this.
  • 4) Proofread. And again. And again. For spelling and grammar, character, plot and anything else you can think of.
  • 5) Return to step 1.
Good advice. Have to continue my exercises.

Even though I plan to cut down the weblog use, today I registered Radio. There was a week left of the trial period, but I did it anyway...

I'm thinking about cutting down the posting here at the weblog. There are too many writing assignments elsewhere. I didn't even realize how much time I have recently been using on the web.
