The push for Electronic Signatures Congress passed the 'Electronic Signature' Act over two years ago; its use is gathering momentum. The legal industry is pushing its use in sealing contracts and Adobe is pushing its support for Digital Signatures. The FTC and the Commerce Dept is pushing to protect the end consumer by mandating informed consent. Incorporating it within a Groove space cannot be far behind. 6:10:26 AM
