Growing up with Groove Now that Groove is an adolescent (beta v2.5 qualifies it to be so) - newer applications of Groove is paramount. One approach would be to first categorize the collaborative process. An InfoWorld article - Process, Process, Process shows a good starting point by defining collaboration technlogies into two categories: unstructured (doc exchanges, discussion threads, emails, etc) which Groove excels in and the other category is structured collaboration. The latter, also known as process collaboration is what will bring in more maturity to Groove.
