Sugar Coated

I would hope that our Guilford County Board of Commissioners consider the Krispy Kreme saga before sending more of our money to local Chamber of Commerce posterchild RF Micro without doing some solid due diligence.

It appears obvious now that donuts were not the only things Krispy Creme was skilled at sugar coating. Likewise for fattening up the pigs as quoted here in the WSJ:

"One former sales manager in Ohio was told to boost shipments on the last Friday and Saturday of the fiscal year ended Feb. 1, 2004, according to the suit. Customers agreed to the extra deliveries because any unsold doughnuts could be returned for credit after the fiscal year ended."

Should we feel sorry though for investors who placed their money in the trust of a company whose chairman and CEO is named Scott Livengood?"
